The doctor never introduced herself to me . I had to ask her name at the end . She was not very caring. The table in the room had prior animals dander and not sure what still on the table in the room . The day I called in to make the appointment the person who answered the phone was so nice he talked to me about everything I had questions or concerns on. So I was surprised how different when I arrived and waited and hour to be seen.

I have been a long time client. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the staff when it comes to treating my pets.

Fue la primera vez que llevo a mi perro y aún sin tener record con ellos, necesitaba una vacuna de seguimiento para mi mascota; llame por teléfono y se esmeraron por ayudarme y fueron muy amables. Me atendieron ese mismo dia, sábado 31 de diciembre de 2022 a las 4:30, estoy muy agradecido.

Todo el personal muy amables. Me atendieron en un tiempo muy razonable. La Dra fue muy amable y me ayudo mucho .

I was sold bad food. Not the stores fault but may want to check with your distributors. I informed staff that Disco had been throwing up for two days. Science diet small bites low calorie one. It is his usual brand.

Met with new vet Dr. She was great!! I am so sorry I can’t recall name, I was leaving for a trip and had a lot going on. The tech got me in last minute and the new Dr seemed to have updated medical info to provide.

Waaaaay too expensive!!! Demasiado caro- Prohibitivo!!

I brought 2 pets for vaccines and I don’t think I should have to pay twice just to be seen. Besides that staff is friendly and explains things well.

Don t make appointments if you can t attend to them. Horrible service.

Estoy muy satisfecha por la excelente atención de todo el personal. Mi perrito estuvo tranquilo durante sus exámenes lo que significa el buen trato que le dieron. Agradezco su atención especial a mi perrito ya que es la primera vez que fue a su clínica.

El groomer, hizo su trabajo mal y me peleo hasta que se veía la piel de mi animal con sangre. Le pego la maquina a mi animal con un mal recorte. No lo recomiendo.

Extremely helpful in an urgent situation.

I ve always had a great experience at Condado Veterinary, with competent and sensitive staff. You have been my vet for years and I m convinced there is no better place to treat my pets.

The parking is an issue sometimes, no spaces available…then you have to drive around the block, circle around & hope a space opens up & by then you are late for your appointment. I know it’s not an easy area for parking, so not much you can do. Employees have been very helpful getting people to move around their cars & stopping traffic so you can back up & into the space. It usually works out…but the parking can be a challenge sometimes!

Never saw the Vet. Not before the procedure not after. Unacceptable. As a physician myself, I can’t understand why.

I really enjoy visiting your this practice. The staff is super friendly and the doctor is amazing and very thorough. He takes his time to explain things. I never feel rushed when I visit the office. The waiting area benches had a bit of hair on them but overall the doctor and staff made up for this with the excellent service.

Love the place but over priced.. Maybe because is condado.. I have. Looked for cheaper vet s.. Cannot afford condado vet.. Much cheaper.. Thank you for your support
