Great service. Although I would like to be present with my cat when they take her blood and urine. It helps her feel safe, less anxious and more cooperative with staff when they need to take her blood and urine. I know my cat and can effectively keep her calm. She can be hard to handle when im not around. The visit was expensive. $250 ish for the wellness check feels like a lot. Probably because location?

Pedí cotización para lavar los dientes a mis 2 Yorkies Yankee y Blackie y cotizaron $800.00 por lo cual no lo hice?? Maria Benitez

The last time I was there was for grooming and nothing was done to Blonde. I picked her up and she still has knots and the coat was not trimmed at all and not even the stmach had been shaved??? Will not bring her back for grooming.

Prices are absurd. $600 to spay a a cat? You re out of your fucking mind. I called guaynabo and they only charged 150 for the exact same procedure. You should be ashamed of your selves, absolutely disgusting behavior. Doctor Castro hides behind the sweet persona and just tries to Rob customers blind. I will never visit this business again.
