I like your facility because, the good service yes, but I can kennel my pet and have a doctor nearby while she s staying there. Not always true with boarding.

On Princesa’s certificate you stated that check was given a tracking tag but the box that states you confirmed the location was left blank which indicates that the tag was not confirmed. In addition, I asked 2x if she was pregnant and was told 2x, by the vet, that she did not know. Again, our overall experience was great and we know that you are in the middle of a remodel. My dog was a traveling senior, 12-13 years. There were no questions during her exam as to her recent eating habits, fecal consistency, length of stay etc. Her shots were administered payment in full and done.

I went to a screening for castration of my puppy. I waited about 20 minutes to be seen. I was charged 40 dollars just to see if my dog was allowed for the procedure. The procedure will cost about 440, which is pretty expensive compared to other local clinics. I asked if the cost of the screening (the technician did it, and I never saw a veterinarian) would be deducted from the total cost if I decided to do the surgery. The person in the front responded no. I did not make the appointment because I felt that it was too costly for the actual service. I left disappointed even when I was referred by a friend.

I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and doctors. Highly recommend others to use you for vet services. I am at a disadvantage as my Spanish is not good. I’ve always felt welcomed while attending vet appointments here
