Staff was very friendly and professional. Clean facility. I would recommend to family and friends.

Had Piper’s nails trimmed. Brought her in muzzled AND medicated with 2 Trazodone prescribed by your office. I spoke with tech and she said Piper was fine and had another tech just in case. I was charged the higher difficult dog price. I asked why since I did everything asked of me (and Piper was wiped out for 12 hours). She went to the back and came back and said Piper tried to bite the tech and it took 3 people to cut her nails. A) I find it difficult to believe that a heavily medicated dog with a muzzle. It anyone. B) one staff member told me everything was fine and the other told me it was a different situation. Not sure which staff member told me the truth and which one lied to me; but for sure, someone lied to me. Therefore, I have lost all trust in Creekwood and have no plans of returning. If you can’t trim a muzzled, medicated dog, something is seriously suspect. When you get a call from my new vet office, please forward Piper’s records without issue.

Removing our dogs from the room for their shots and nail trimming raises concern. Our previous vet did everything in the room with us. We like that and it builds trust. We haven’t decided if this is a dealbreaker for us yet, but it might be.

Having switched from a different Veterinarian office in Smyrna to here, 1st impression was impressive, clean and courteous. So far so good.

I have been taking my dog here for a year now and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Vet tech/assistant was superb. I don’t recall her name, but she was very patient and took the time to explain process and billing. However, the wait time was long to see the veterinarian. Only saw the veterinarian for not even 1 minute. She seemed like she was in a big hurry and rushed through explaining my dog was healthy and left without asking if I had any questions for her. This was my first office visit and she didn’t even introduce herself. I’m looking for a caring vet and this was not a good first impression for me.

I love y all. All of you showed kindness and warmth. Y all care for my dogs as if they were your own. My God bless all of you and your families.
