Really a beautiful office, nice staff and excellent vet. My only constructive feedback is: I had a sore back, and the wood benches were torture to sit on. Since our wait time was 30 minutes in the exam room and more time in the waiting room this was a painful visit for me personally.

We are frequent visitors to your clinic with a cat recently diagnosed with diabetes. Having a sick cat is stressful but you all have been so nice and caring that I do not feel like we are dealing with this alone. Your staff is caring and professional.

I was in for a second part of a vaccine. Was just in a couple of weeks ago for a yearly appt. My dog has a lump that I wasn’t sure if Dr Lawrence had checked when we were there. Dr Lawrence had just walked up and asked how we were doing, so I knew he was not with a patient. I asked the vet tech if she could just ask him if that lump was ok. I realize you need to have an appt for other things when it is a tech visit. But since the Dr was right there and I had just been in I figured it would take just a minute for him to say we needed to come back and have it checked more thoroughly or no don’t worry about it. But she told me she spoke with another tech and they decided it would be best if I made an appt and came back another day. Instead of taking a minute they would rather have me come all the way back another day. Is he was busy I would have understood. But he was not. This is the third time in recent months that a vet tech has demonstrated that that she could care less about the well being of the patients. We have been coming for years and the old staff could not have been more caring and kind. I have always recommended this practice to everyone. But these newer employees don’t know how to make customers feel valued. I have worked in medicine for many years and know how to treat people. Dr Lawrence is great. But these inconsiderate technicians make me feel like I don’t want to return anymore.
