Very friendly staff at Creekwood Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Jensen is very thorough and takes very good care of my pets.

Dr Lawrence squeezed us in on a very busy surgery day. We really appreciated that and also his treatment plan for Winston. As always, the staff can’t be beat!!

The survey doesn’t allow me to actually select stars. The staff is great. Dr Jensen is the best. I did have to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time and people’s dogs were out of control in the lobby. It would be great if the cat exam room was empty to have let us gone back there out of the chaos.

I was a little disappointed that the vet did not explain that my cat could react to the injections, we drop off our cat home and left to ran errands. Came back to a sick cat with blood in vomit and diarrhea all over our carpet. We were so scared we didn’t know wha to do, we took him to the emergency vet. Ended up paying $600 dollars for that visit. I wish I knew they would’ve tell us what symptoms he was going to have. I am pregnant and i was so scared to loose him, it was 1 am and we were cleaning and disinfecting everting. Definitely disappointed that they didn’t tell us to keep an eye on him.

This is the 2nd time nail trim caused bleeding. I know it is kind of difficult but Axel still limping. I really appreciate everyone’s effort. Just may be an area for more training .
