Wonderful experience my first time at Creekwood. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Dr. Millet is very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and was happy to answer all my questions. Her Vet Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. They made my 14 month old Mini Aussie very comfortable. Prices are reasonable. Overall a very pleasant experience for Tess and Me. Highly recommend!

My dog is always excited to come here and loves the staff. During my drop off last Tuesday, October 11th, the receptionist was unfriendly. I asked if I had to pay anything prior to leaving and the young receptionist that helped me earlier that morning gave me a dirty look like I was bothering her. She was not on a phone call or helping another client, so I wasn’t disturbing her. The other receptionist ended up answering my question. I’ve worked in customer service, so I know from experience it’s not hard to be kind. I don’t know what was going on with her that morning, but it’s not something that should have interfered with her level of service or kindness. They’re the first and last interaction of your business, which can leave a lasting impact.

We had a fantastic experience, thank you so much for answering all my questions and taking such good care of my puppy on her very first veterinarian visit. We are glad to have veterinary hospital we can trust with all our puppy’s needs.

I was about 5 minutes late but had to sit in the waiting room with both of my dogs for almost 30 minutes because they had not called to get my dogs records since I made the appt the week before.i don t mind waiting but while waiting another dog came in that kept lunging at my dog causing her to go crazy and bark. It was very uncomfortable for me. The vet and vet tech were both amazing!!

Great office from the front desk to the techs to the veterinarian. Very happy that we take our dogs here.

So grateful that I was able to bring my ill pup in right away. He received excellent care and I was kept informed and updated throughout his evaluation and treatment. Thank you!
