Removing our dogs from the room for their shots and nail trimming raises concern. Our previous vet did everything in the room with us. We like that and it builds trust. We haven’t decided if this is a dealbreaker for us yet, but it might be.

Vet tech/assistant was superb. I don’t recall her name, but she was very patient and took the time to explain process and billing. However, the wait time was long to see the veterinarian. Only saw the veterinarian for not even 1 minute. She seemed like she was in a big hurry and rushed through explaining my dog was healthy and left without asking if I had any questions for her. This was my first office visit and she didn’t even introduce herself. I’m looking for a caring vet and this was not a good first impression for me.

Triple the cost of my previous Vet. I assumed that all Vets would be in line with each other for the same services, maybe some slightly higher or lower than others. But triple the cost...Very disappointing.

I truly feel at home while I’m there. Diesel is always comfortable and the staff is great with him!
