Always friendly and helpful. This was a sick puppy visit. Despite being sick Belle was happy to be at the Vet’s office. Left mommy happily going with the tech. (I got kisses on way out!) Thank you all for your help with our dog and cat!

Great place and people

Some of your desk people are not very welcoming or friendly. One receptionist is a real sweetheart - older woman with grayish hair cut very short. She has always been so nice and very helpful. However some of the other receptionists are not very nice, can seem curt and you get the feeling that you are bothering them. They don t even smile or greet you when you walk in. Your lab people are all very nice. Your Vets - awesome they take time with you, explain everything and they take good care of my pups.

Very friendly staff at Creekwood Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Jensen is very thorough and takes very good care of my pets.

The survey doesn’t allow me to actually select stars. The staff is great. Dr Jensen is the best. I did have to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time and people’s dogs were out of control in the lobby. It would be great if the cat exam room was empty to have let us gone back there out of the chaos.
