I walked my dog while waiting and noticed that there were no trash cans to dispose of dog poop and people had not picked up after their dogs. Unless they have a poop patrol to pick up poop this could be a problem later.

When will we be able to get back to normal?

I m a bit disappointed that I haven t received the results to our puppies fecal flotation test. Plus because we weren t able to enter into the lobby due to covid-19 our puppy was not weighed either. My son did ask if the puppy had been weighed but it had not been performed. With the new rules based off of the pandemic when I scheduled the appointment I was not advised of all the changes in expectations for our puppies appointment

the staff is super friendly and comforting, the doctor seemed to really care about my cats possible issues and i felt overall very confident in my cat being taken care of properly there, thankyou!

I was pleased with the service and I’m sure Nugget enjoyed all of the extra attention.

Make all recommendations and treatments noted on the visit summary. Sometimes a lots going on, so the over the counter medicines and at home treatments that we’re told about, we can’t remember. So having that visual reminder would be wonderful.

They were great even with the pandemic going on!!

We had Rosie’s toe nails clipped & we we got home one was bleeding. I wish we would have been warned it was bleeding. She is fine & quit bleeding soon after we got home.

Thankful for the drop off appointment service during the Covid-19 virus restrictions. Dr. and staff were wonderful -- and out pet is doing much better because of it! Thank you!

Everyone was awesome! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and the vet techs were great Dr. Jensen was awesome. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

This was our first time into your office , though we only had a nail trim for our Copper Dog, we are considering revisiting for more needs. From the original phone call into the office , to the pickup of our dog from us in the car. Staff was super friendly and considerate.
