Michael Lawrence and his assistant was just the most kind in an emergency Respiratory distress situation. We had never seen them before, and our normal vet was not open on Saturday and they worked us in and brought my little Schnauzer back to comfort. No previous history to work with exception to what I provided. The Best!!!! Such caring and kind souls.

Bodie s first visit to the vet was a pleasant experience. He s a healthy and happy little guy.

I appreciate Jonie so much helping me get my bill straightened out. I had called last week to make a boarding appointment for Lucy which was going to cost $18 and it ended up costing $163 because of miscommunication. I explained to her that in the future I will call and confirm what Lucy will be doing before she is dropped off. Again, I appreciate her calling and apologizing and her professionalism.

Very expensive. Our previous Vet was much more affordable.

I did a lot of waiting. We were in the facility for 1 1/2 hours for a simple exam and shots.

This was our first visit as new patients. We found that the staff was very informative and they really seemed to care for my two dogs. My older dog was wagging his tail and was ok with them. He usually hates strangers. Our puppy was loved on and enjoyed the attention. The office was clean and the staff was by far the best. We got a tour of the boarding facilities, which were clean and modern. The pricing was a bit higher than most. The wait time to be checked was minimal. We now have a new vet close to home and we will definitely be going back for our two pets!

We have loved our visits to CreekWood! The experience there is so much better than we’ve ever received at our former vets office. The staff is kind, appointments are seen on time, and everyone has treated our Nala so well. We have appreciated all of you so much!

I would like to see a system put in place that you could update us each day on how our animals are doing. The place we were boarding at before sent us quick daily messages with pics of our puppies to let us know how they are doing. Overall though it was a wonderful first experience and we will be back!
