We waited a very long time on a very uncomfortable bench inside the examination room. Had we only been there for 30 minutes the bench was fine.

Very happy with everything, everyone was really friendly and helpful. My dog was super nervous because it was her first trip to the vet and everybody made her feel comfortable and gave her lots of attention and treated her great. Thanks to everybody for a great experience for her!

Dr Lawrence was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to address my concerns and made sure I understood his suggestions for my pets. The office staff was polite and helpful. Definitely glad I made the switch to this office.

I would suggest that you explain the full costs involved with major surgeries. After paying almost $3000, we were surprised to find there was additional costs for the last follow up appointment. Understand ex-rays may be additional but would be nice to know up front. Very satisfied with Dr Lawrence & staff!

The vet tech I had that day was sooo informative and nice! She gave me great advice for my pup and seemed like she really loved her job. All the staff was very polite and willing to help with any questions I had.

The staff at Creekwood has been so kind to me and my puppy. I will recommend their office to all pet parents I know.

I am concerned that the weight of my dogs was not recorded accurately. I spoke to Mary Lou about this today so she is aware. Little things like this are important in building trust in the quality of the clinic. The weight is important when giving vaccinations and in tracking health. I was not there when the technician weighed the dogs or gave them their shot. I have to trust that everything was done correctly. It just makes me uneasy when I see errors in both dogs weight recording. One weight was not recorded and the other one was obviously wrong.

The entire staff was awesome! We will definitely bring our baby back when she needs care. Thanks for a great experience.

I was very pleased with my first visit. Everyone I encountered performed above my expectations. It s hard to move and find a new practice to take care of your pet. This was a great experience.
