I am new to this practice and I was not in a good space when I called but Mary Lou was gracious and took the time to help me and walk me through everything. Upon arrival the staff were amazing and then the doctor called me to reassure me, let me know what was happening and how to get my dog back on the road to recovery. I have been considering a change due to recent events at my current clinic and so happy I called and now a patient at Creekwood. They re fantastic and look forward to many future visits. Thank you!

I didn t receive an after action review of my pets treatment. The diagnosis, treatment received, findings and an explanation of care and guidance. All I received was a before action review and estimate of cost and procedure, a receipt and medication.

Mary Lou was so kind when talking with her. Being a new client with a sick dog she got us right in. They took our dog for a few hours of evaluation and received a call from the doctor and he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and took the time to answer our questions. We have golden retriever also and will be taking her there too. Highly recommend this animal hospital. I was not able to go into the clinic since we are in this covid situation, so there were several things I was unable to experience. This visit was the first visit for my dogs having just moved into the state and with the pandemic it is strange to hand my dogs off to people I haven’t met yet.
