When needing to test urine, tell the client to be sure and stay in the car until the tech comes out.

I didn t receive an after action review of my pets treatment. The diagnosis, treatment received, findings and an explanation of care and guidance. All I received was a before action review and estimate of cost and procedure, a receipt and medication.

Mary Lou was so kind when talking with her. Being a new client with a sick dog she got us right in. They took our dog for a few hours of evaluation and received a call from the doctor and he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and took the time to answer our questions. We have golden retriever also and will be taking her there too. Highly recommend this animal hospital. I was not able to go into the clinic since we are in this covid situation, so there were several things I was unable to experience. This visit was the first visit for my dogs having just moved into the state and with the pandemic it is strange to hand my dogs off to people I haven’t met yet. I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. My first appointment was during the pandemic, so I wasn t able to go inside. My one dog is incredibly shy and fearful, and they were great with him - I appreciated them understanding and working with him quickly. I was grateful to speak to Dr. Lawrence, and he went into detail of what they did and discovered, as well as simple advice for me moving forward. Was a great first experience!

I walked my dog while waiting and noticed that there were no trash cans to dispose of dog poop and people had not picked up after their dogs. Unless they have a poop patrol to pick up poop this could be a problem later.

When will we be able to get back to normal?

I m a bit disappointed that I haven t received the results to our puppies fecal flotation test. Plus because we weren t able to enter into the lobby due to covid-19 our puppy was not weighed either. My son did ask if the puppy had been weighed but it had not been performed. With the new rules based off of the pandemic when I scheduled the appointment I was not advised of all the changes in expectations for our puppies appointment

the staff is super friendly and comforting, the doctor seemed to really care about my cats possible issues and i felt overall very confident in my cat being taken care of properly there, thankyou!
