The vet tech I had that day was sooo informative and nice! She gave me great advice for my pup and seemed like she really loved her job. All the staff was very polite and willing to help with any questions I had.

I am concerned that the weight of my dogs was not recorded accurately. I spoke to Mary Lou about this today so she is aware. Little things like this are important in building trust in the quality of the clinic. The weight is important when giving vaccinations and in tracking health. I was not there when the technician weighed the dogs or gave them their shot. I have to trust that everything was done correctly. It just makes me uneasy when I see errors in both dogs weight recording. One weight was not recorded and the other one was obviously wrong.

The entire staff was awesome! We will definitely bring our baby back when she needs care. Thanks for a great experience.

The wait time was longer than expected, and after getting into the exam room it took a much longer time to complete the visit than it should have. I was at the clinic for about an hour for a simple puppy check, with only one patient currently in the back when I arrived. I expressed to the receptionist today that I would not be scheduling another appointment. I loved Dr. Jensen, and all the staff encountered are absolutely wonderful, but the charges are outrageous. I will be finding a competent veterinary clinic with great people at a reasonable price.

Michael Lawrence and his assistant was just the most kind in an emergency Respiratory distress situation. We had never seen them before, and our normal vet was not open on Saturday and they worked us in and brought my little Schnauzer back to comfort. No previous history to work with exception to what I provided. The Best!!!! Such caring and kind souls.

Bodie s first visit to the vet was a pleasant experience. He s a healthy and happy little guy.
