Unfortunately this visit, the treatment of my dog was unsatisfactory. She hates coming to the vet, has anxiety and we do our best to accommodate her. In the past, so has the staff. This visit that was the case until they had her behind closed doors. I was able to see what I felt was mistreatment of her. She had howled and a vet tech came from the opposite side of the room, yelling at her and then proceeded to start smacking her on the side of the neck. That’s not ok. Another vet tech came out to tell me they’d have to start charging more because she was so difficult. How about treating her with compassion and show her that you’re not going to hurt her? That may go a long way with her and with me. I’m sad to have to even share this with you. I’ll be honest we are thinking about changing offices because of this incident.

My dog Jaxon had been dealing with a skin issue since February and being treated at another clinic. He had not seen any sign of getting better. I called CreekWood and they scheduled him the next day. We are already seeing good results. It has been 3 days!

I was there for 2 hours as a new patient for both of my dogs. I wish that it was communicated to me earlier while waiting that there was an emergency. I would have understood and not be so frustrated for the long wait time.

Absolutely love this vet! They take such good care of our dog every time they see her. Scheduling is always a breeze. Even when urgent things come up they squeeze us in the same day. So great to have such passionate people to take care of our pup!

1:00 appt do not mean 1:15 pm. Your front office people could be a bit friendlier & try to smile more frequently.

Staff were extremely accommodating working us in on such a busy day. They were also so kind and supportive!
