Such a lovely CLEAN veterinary office...cleanliness seems to be a challenge for so many vet clinics, but CreekWood is so nice. Our doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, even my snippy little pup liked the entire staff (he usually acts badly!) So lucky to have moved to my new location and CreekWood is right in the neighborhood.

Love going here. My dog gets super stressed being amongst strangers. They are great with her and get everything accomplished quickly.

The staff was very friendly. I wanted the rabies vaccine with no preservatives and they are going to order for me because they didn’t have in stock.

Great first experience.

The front desk staff did not call is up after we sat down in the waiting area. They also seemed annoyed that we were there. 2 employees were whispering to eachother while standing against the reception desk. The rest of the staff we saw were amazing tho.

The boys Remi and Mac love Creekwood, the staff are so courteous and seem to actually enjoy there jobs. We moved to Creekwood from another facility that was owner (locally) owned until they sold to a large corporation. The difference was immediately noticeable. They seem to just care about the money, no longer did it feel like a small town local facility. Creekwood is locally owned and exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our choice.

The cushions on the benches in the lobby could be changed and/or cleaned more often. I arrived for my appointment promptly, yet was called back after another client walked in minutes after me and asked if a room was available for their pet and were taken back to said room. Better transparency in regards to the fees associated with the services on the website or at least on the app when booking an appointment would be great. I felt that the person who came to evaluate my pet was very passive aggressive when I let her know that I would not be able to afford the service. It was not my intention to waste her time, although her attitude and comments towards me seemed like she thought it may have been.
