The boys Remi and Mac love Creekwood, the staff are so courteous and seem to actually enjoy there jobs. We moved to Creekwood from another facility that was owner (locally) owned until they sold to a large corporation. The difference was immediately noticeable. They seem to just care about the money, no longer did it feel like a small town local facility. Creekwood is locally owned and exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our choice.

The cushions on the benches in the lobby could be changed and/or cleaned more often. I arrived for my appointment promptly, yet was called back after another client walked in minutes after me and asked if a room was available for their pet and were taken back to said room. Better transparency in regards to the fees associated with the services on the website or at least on the app when booking an appointment would be great. I felt that the person who came to evaluate my pet was very passive aggressive when I let her know that I would not be able to afford the service. It was not my intention to waste her time, although her attitude and comments towards me seemed like she thought it may have been.

Was quick in and out with a convenient location but staff was indifferent, rather expensive , and my dog was very stressed when leaving. Has never been fearful of the vets office before. Will not be back.

Very grateful that you were able to see Maggie on July 3rd she was in rough shape. She was diagnosed wit Pancreatitis. It would have been horrible for her to end up in ER clinic over the holiday weekend. Thank you to Dr Pattimas and the wonderful staff

Great place and our dog doesn t stress during the visits

The vet tech I’ve dealt with has been wonderful. Very kind and caring. I am disappointed in the vet we have been working with though. Twice she thought my cat was a different patient (a cat with a broken leg initially and the second time a cat who may have been bit by a snake or got in a cat fight -he’s indoor… both times I had to correct her) , and once she didn’t know what medication he was on (dispute me questioning it) and recommended we put him on it. I had to go get the medicine and tell her that was what he indeed was on and didn’t work for him. I do understand vets are under an immense amount of stress and are dealing with many patients, but I didn’t feel confident in her plan of action after three big mistakes like that. That being said, she was friendly and did answer my questions.

We feel very fortunate to have Creekwood so close by. Dr. Jensen and the entire staff are truly wonderful. I genuinely appreciate how accommodating and compassionate they are whenever we need help with our babies. Their care and responsiveness mean a great deal to us.

Everyone was very courteous and professional. I felt like my needs were important.

CreekWood Veterinary Hospital is incredible. They ve taken care of our pets for years, always with the best care at reasonable prices. And they truly care about our animals. Dr. Lawrence is second to none, and I recommend him, and the entire CreekWood team, to anyone who will listen. Thank you Dr. Lawrence and staff! As I seen on the internet 5 stars, whole staff from check-in ,tech and the doctor all are so good, polite , kind and very friendly to the customer and their pets. And took very great care of my pet who’s sick from last 2-3 weeks with allergies and ear infection.
