I have been in Smyrna -Murfreesboro are since 2002 and I have to say without a doubt in my mind this practice is the best by far! They genuinely care about your pets and you as the parent. Look at ways to reduce costs and be informative at the same time. I would highly recommend Creekwood!

I LOVE this vet and all of the support staff. They call to check on your pet after a visit. They are prompt and kind. Everyone is just great! I ve been using them for years and will continue to use them for years to come!

You need to at least put cushions on those bench seats. I spent an hour there sitting on bare boards. Back problems, etc. Your customers pay the bills not the dogs..You treat them worse than the dogs…I have mentioned this on multiple occasions to no avail..Your competitors have living room furniture in their waiting rooms…Covid is over, no more excuses..If this goes on deaf ears, I will sit in my car and you can pick up and deliver the dog…just like Covid times. Do something!!!!!

Prices for a simple vet tech/immunization are very high. I had to be sure the amount due was only for 2 immunizations

I love how the staff is willing to adjust for my dog. He is anxious and doesn t like the vet and they have figured out ways to give him the best care while still allowing for his comfort!

Unfortunately this visit, the treatment of my dog was unsatisfactory. She hates coming to the vet, has anxiety and we do our best to accommodate her. In the past, so has the staff. This visit that was the case until they had her behind closed doors. I was able to see what I felt was mistreatment of her. She had howled and a vet tech came from the opposite side of the room, yelling at her and then proceeded to start smacking her on the side of the neck. That’s not ok. Another vet tech came out to tell me they’d have to start charging more because she was so difficult. How about treating her with compassion and show her that you’re not going to hurt her? That may go a long way with her and with me. I’m sad to have to even share this with you. I’ll be honest we are thinking about changing offices because of this incident.
