We were looking for a new vet after the not most pleasant experience we had at our prior vet. Dr Castillo spent more than enough time speaking with us and making sure we didn’t have any more questions regarding our new puppy. Very pleased with CreekWood

When leaving i asked about having my new kitten spayed. I was told it would be close to $800.00. That is a extremely high cost to be able to keep the unwanted pet population down. That is not an affordable price for the average person. Your staff and the service was great!

excellent facility and staff

We understand the staff does the every day several times a day so it s just habbit or ASSuMEd people know what is going on or what to do. Please take time to explain what is going on, where you or your pet is going, what is or will be happening. As a new patient it s NOT known when you arrive just give reception the pets name and sit. This creates anxiety for some and extremely uncomfortable situations just as when called back and in a room for the first time, your pet is taken to be examined and what ever else by the Doctor and you haven t even met the doctor. Stress through the roof! New patients can use some explanations so they can feel at ease and informed.

Staff is helpful, just not very friendly.

The nails on both were barely touched, I m old with paper skin and when they got home the scratched my really good and I bled a long time. You use to grind them smooth, but you stopped providing that service. I d pay more for the ability for both of them to be ground smooth. We spend plenty with you for both dogs, just wish you provided that for our 2 Boston s.

They helped me to see a doctor when I didn’t even have an appointment. I have always had good service.

Just that the prices are too high for retired people.. It wouldn’t hurt his seniors could have a discount just saying!!

Dr. Patsimas is EXCELLENT!!! She ALWAYS takes her time with us and our kitty Larissa and she makes sure we understand what’s going on. She’s a great listener and she cares so very much for all the animals. Dr. Patsimas is a ROCKSTAR!!! Thank you Dr Patsimas!!!

I don’t know the techs name that took care of Odie but she is so kind and understanding. Odie gets very nervous around other dogs but she is more than willing to give him peanut butter and treats and use the muzzle. She does not make me feel bad for him being a little special haha.
