Boomer was nervous when we arrived but extremely excited after his appointment. He was happy and jumping around when they brought him back to me. They always greet him and know his name.

Always have received excellent care. Everyone is very kind. I never feel rushed and all my questions have always been answered completely. I am extremely pleased at the care my two pups receive from everyone - receptionists, technicians and vet!

I was a bit disappointed that our well kitten’s visit cost the same as our sick kitten. We really brought both to a) get them both on reactors and b) cut down on the sick kitten’s anxiety when they are separated.

This was our first visit to Creekwood Veterinary Hospital and we were very impressed. The staff at Creekwood were so nice and helpful. Dr Castillo spent a lot of time talking to us, answering questions about Koda s skin condition, and providing the best course of treatment. So far Koda is doing great and her skin condition is getting much better. We will definitely be using Creekwood Veterinary Hospital and would recommend it to others. Thank you!!

I appreciate so much that Dr. Patsimas took the time to call me about my dog’s issue. She listened to my concern and found the best solution. Great vet practice! All staff are amazing, the facility is spacious and clean, and I am confident in the care my dog receives there.

I am so impressed with the vet that Havoc and I saw. She is absolutely amazing! I am only sad that we are not local and won’t be able to see her regularly. She gave us so much of her time and knowledge! Seriously the best vet we have ever interacted with. I am only in town when visiting my patents, but will try to see her whenever we can. My only suggestion is to remind the reception staff that they are the first impression. Smile and be friendly, even at the end of a long day. One receptionist was very nice and one made me feel like I was interrupting her day.

The front desk girl with the long dark hair that sat on the right was rude with an attitude about my dogs vaccines when I called to schedule the appointment. When I arrived to the appointment she had an atorture and I knew that was the same girl that had scheduled my appointment. . Lots of tension in the air with her. The dr was excellent.

Felt seen and heard here after visiting another vet. :) Would have liked to have a same day appointment with our cat in such extreme dental pain but I did understand being seen the next day.

I was so stressed when my cat got sick everyone at this clinic was just wonderful so kind and caring. They had my Tommie up and feeling better in no time. They seen me right away I would definitely recommend this clinic to all . Amazing staff!!

You tend to promote pills for every slight issue. Older dogs have issues just like humans and some things need to be lived with or improved with diet and exercise. Still, a five star facility.
