I am so impressed with the vet that Havoc and I saw. She is absolutely amazing! I am only sad that we are not local and won’t be able to see her regularly. She gave us so much of her time and knowledge! Seriously the best vet we have ever interacted with. I am only in town when visiting my patents, but will try to see her whenever we can. My only suggestion is to remind the reception staff that they are the first impression. Smile and be friendly, even at the end of a long day. One receptionist was very nice and one made me feel like I was interrupting her day.

The front desk girl with the long dark hair that sat on the right was rude with an attitude about my dogs vaccines when I called to schedule the appointment. When I arrived to the appointment she had an atorture and I knew that was the same girl that had scheduled my appointment. . Lots of tension in the air with her. The dr was excellent.

Felt seen and heard here after visiting another vet. :) Would have liked to have a same day appointment with our cat in such extreme dental pain but I did understand being seen the next day.

I was so stressed when my cat got sick everyone at this clinic was just wonderful so kind and caring. They had my Tommie up and feeling better in no time. They seen me right away I would definitely recommend this clinic to all . Amazing staff!!

You tend to promote pills for every slight issue. Older dogs have issues just like humans and some things need to be lived with or improved with diet and exercise. Still, a five star facility.

We took our first pet to Creekwood because they re close to our home. We ve taken the rest there because they are all so competent and caring. We highly recommend them.

It was my understanding that if our pet had a doctors visit the dogs nails would be no charge to cut them. But if the only reason visit was made was to cut nails there would be a charge. I was charged for their nails with their medical visit. That should have been made clearer not just the cost of the total visit.

There was a lot of animal hair in the room we were seen in. As a pet owner whose pet doesn’t shed it was gross, a little sweep in between a few clients wouldn’t hurt! Other than that the service was fantastic, Dr. was very helpful and not judgmental.

Creekwood is a wonderful clinic. When I had to put my dog down unexpectedly, they were amazing. I had to take my dog to the ER clinic due to the lateness of the night but Creekwood sent me condolences. They all had interaction with my dog and wrote me a card with notes. It really meant so much. They have followed up on how my youngest dog is doing without her sister and given me some tips on how to make her comfortable with the loss.
