In this unusual time the appointment went extremely well. It was so much nicer to sit in the car and not have my dog get anxious in a room and everyone was super helpful from the time I arrived until I paid and received all the meds. Keep it up. Super challenging times but you were exceptional.

I do enjoy going to Lepar. It is easy to access...Clean, and I feel comfortable with the doctor s knowledge.

I called to have my dogs nails cut and was told I’d have to wait a week for an appointment. Maybe other staff should be trained to increase availability for that service? It would be a nice option instead of going ellsewhere.

Dr Bauer is an amazing vet and a personal call about Josie’s bloodwork was so appreciated and comforting.

I was very pleased, especially with the doctor and the young man who brought us back to the room and went over everything before the doctor came in. They were both very thorough and had Excellent, bedside manner.

Lenny had an adjustment from Dr. Whalen. Upon arriving home his BM was already almost back to normal with almost no straining. Unfortunately it only lasted a day or so, but I was glad to see some improvement.

Your entire staff is friendly, kind and helpful. They always take great care of our cat. They take the time to listen to us and they explain everything in detail. I know my baby is in great hands when we come to you.

My only complaint was that after paying my almost $500 bill, I waited 45 minutes for the medication to be brought out to the parking lot. I was on hold inquiring about meds for 12 minutes. Doctor and tech were great!

I’d like to thank the staff and vet for squeezing us in last minute. As a new dog owner many concerns arise when illnesses happen. Everyone was very welcoming and showed our pup much love and care. Thank you for all you do!

This was our first visit and I was reluctant to spend the amount of money that I did. But to have expert advice, professional and expert care, made it worth the cost. The doctor took time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. That made me feel valued and my dog was in good hands.

Its a big help with the curbside service. I have neuropathy in the hands so its hard to hold the leash.
