This was my first visit to LaPar. Didn’t get to see the office because of the pandemic. The vet tech that came and got my puppy was very friendly and got answers to my questions that he wasn’t sure of. The vet called me while he was with my pup and I was waiting in my car. He was very informative. Glad I found this place.

Due to the Corona virus, I was not able to go into the office, but the care and thorough exam of my tripawd was amazing. I found a new vet!

I waited 40 minutes in the car for the doctor to see my dog. After they saw him, they didn’t give me any paperwork and when I called they were already closed. This was during quarantine.

I was visiting my son with my 9 week old pup. I am from Cleveland. She was having some problems and my son said his vet was the best and i should call. Jackie was the best - she was able to fit me in that day. And the great service continued during and after my appointment. Thank You Guys So Much - Bill Dodd

We had an appointment originally scheduled the day after but we had an emergency. The Dr took care of the emergency and next day appointment. We received a follow up call from the Dr the next day. Our dog is doing fantastic Thanks to you.

No clue about office facilities, the only disappointment was the charges, 10 minute visit over phone with doctor was the same price as if I would’ve been with her. But at least she loves Dr. Smothers

Hillary groomed our Sally and she did a fabulous job. Jackie was friendly as always. I always feel that Sally is extra special when we come to LaPar (she is!)
