As always, we love the staff and doctors at LePar. Everyone treats us so well, and Dr. Kenny is gentle with our dog and very thorough. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping us evaluate the timing for bloodwork in order to spread the list of costs out for us, which is appreciated in this time of Covid unemployment. The waiting time was lengthy due to surgery back up. Completely understandable, but worth mentioning. It may be good to give clients an indication of how long the wait may be, so they can assess how best to keep their pets comfortable. I arrived 20 minutes early (my choice, not LePar s) and my appointment was delayed by 35-40 minutes. The delay was communicated and I was given the choice of waiting in an exam room, so that was all very appreciated. Knowing the approximate length of the delay would have given me the confidence to take my dog for a nice walk instead of keeping her in the car with me. Not a big deal, but a ballpark on timing may be helpful for clients with anxious pets or hot cars.

Can t say enough good things about LePar. Doctors, techs and staff are all really great, caring people. We always feel valued and appreciate how much they truly care about our pets - it s like an extension of our family. I know we are always in good hands here!

It would be much easier to bring my dog Molly in if the prices were lower. My husband and I are both disabled and on disability.

Appreciated being able to wait in car until room was ready. Dr. Whalen was great - he put my mind at ease that an adjustment and a couple Rymadals and Bentz would be back to his normal self. He was right!

I was able to get my kitten in the same day I called; you can t get any better than that!! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment; I was called to be seen 5 minutes after my appointment time. I can t really complain about that!! I am very happy with this vet; I recommend it to people all the time!

Amazing care for my fur baby. He hates going to the doctor and the staff or doctor didn’t make me feel like we were from another plant. The doctor told many dogs had that behavior not to worry about it. Thank you!
