They did awesome. They always treat me and my dog very well. Even though he is a pit bull they don’t treat him differently and they always listen to my concerns and come up with the best solution for my dog and my wallet :)

Reception was not the most customer focussed,I won’t say rude but was close! I had to wait past my appointment time so clinic could have their tea! I had a difficult time understanding both people I was in contact with realizing I do wear hearing aids!

My cat was nervous and had a chance of being aggressive, so sedation was advised, which i was fine with...however, the application of the shot was aggressive and caused my cat to fall off the table, and I think she may have hurt her leg a bit. I feel this could ve been handled with much more care.
