Puppies are expensive, will get a rescue dog next time

Recently added a new puppy to the family, and we had the absolute best treatment and care from the doctor and assistants, making my puppy Onyx very comfortable and distracted while getting his shots! I am so grateful to have found such a caring doctor for my sweet puppy!

Thank you so much for helping my dog get a chance to play and run pain free. I appreciate that the cost was all inclusive and by far the best price I found for the tplo surgery. I m so grateful that I was able to find a clinic to preform the surgery at an affordably. The only problem I encountered was sedation. We had some trouble getting home after the surgery and also keeping her calm the days after surgery. I appreciate how attentive the staff have been during follow up. As for clinic suggestions, I am terrible with names so it would be nice if the receptionists and vet had name tags. Many thanks!

The price for stilbestrol was $24 more expensive at Avon than at White Rock Vet clinic.

LIKE AND TRUST DR BILL BUT RECEPTION STAFF IGNORED ME---DIDNT RECOGNIZE I WAS EVEN THERE.

avon is a clinic i go out of my way to take my pets because they are professional and alot more affordable then any clinics i have gone to in the lowermainland, and the doctor has always worked out a plan that is suitable for my income. I am very satisfied with with there customer service and would recommend anyone to at least check them out to compare prices

The receptionist was very pushy, wanting to add more things for people to purchase when some are not necessary to have or add for my pet.

Your office smells like cat pee. I have never been in to a vet that smells that bad. Other than that, it was a good experience, and our dog s teeth look awesome. We ll be back as our pets need their vaccines. Thanks.

I very much appreciate not being upsold on services offered. Pet owners know what their pets need. To bring your pet in for routine treatment and be upsold is not cool. I’m glad this practice has stopped at Avon.

I have been dealing with Bill for a long time over 5 years , he is a very good veteran and easy to talk to . The staff are great too ! it’s always good to see them

Dr Baljit Mrar is an excellent veterinary doctor he treats our dogs with compassion especially when our Bandit hasn t been well right now. I couldn t of asked for any one better. Thanks

Dr Baljit and all the staff treated Axel like he was their own pet. We knew the cost before hand it was not a surprise. Everything was very well explained and Axel is recuperating at home. Great and caring people that were willing to get our big boy in and back home to Victoria on short notice. ????????
