I am so glad to have a vet who understands my pets and treats them like his own. Dr. Bill explained a problem faced by my older dog, and set out a plan for her treatment. He is also sensitive to my financial means. He was interested in the use of CBD (hemp oil) for humans and pets. As always, a very satisfying visit.

It is appreciated Dr. Bill is interactive with us - his explanations are helpful when trying to understand our pet’s discomfort... and he even speaks with you on the phone as well as booking his own appointments. RKelly

Elvis is at Avon Hospital getting his teeth cleaned and scaled. Actually as I am writing this Avon called with an update for Elvis and he doing just fine and I can pickup my boy in 2 hours. Dr Bill and his staff really are the best.

The Doctor and his assistant were very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable! Along with that they are very conscious of cost. They are very fair and do not try to recommend unnessasary procedures or testing. We are retired and live on a pension so this is very much appreciated. Highly recommended this veterinary clinic!

I always trust my fur babies to Dr Bill and his team. Everyone there is caring and personable which for me is key with my vet. I would recommend and do frequently using this office. I have never been turned away from a last minute appointment which I value having older pets! Tracey is a great addition to the team!
