Excellent service! Very grateful I could get my cat in on the same day.

Even though I’ve never had a dog with eye problems, I felt so reassured over the years that he is in good hands at the eye clinic. Staff are very helpful and have created workarounds for the pandemic. Very grateful that peanut and I found that I clinic at Shield Stone Pet Hospital after a few trials at our regular vet.

I can t figure these stars out.I rate questions 1-6 all excellent. Wonderful to be able to sit in the car and wait in order to be safe from Covid. Rosie deserves an A+ for the help she was to me as she walked back and forth from my car explaining things.

The facility is very clean and utmost precautions are taken to keep contact at a minimum during the pandemic. However, the parking lot is a nightmare. There is no easy exit and too many cars in a small space. Maybe staff could park nearby instead of behind the building or spacing the appointments farther apart. A car behind me pulled out in reverse and hit my bumper while I was waiting in the car.

We have had a very good experience coming here. My dog Kitty had a cataract surgery and it turned out very well. Thank you Dr. Yoo.

The staff here is great. The veterinarian was very persistent with finding out the problem with my pup even though he was being difficult, so I appreciate that a lot.

Love the place but they need a hand sanitizer and they need to get the card reader fixed in the optical section so chipped cards can be read without going to the other section. Dick Navarre - Beau
