The doctor along with an assistant kept walking around my dog as if they were afraid of her. Finally, the last assistant that came in was friendly yet professional, knowledgeable and what I wish the others had been like.

First class - I like the communication and lean management style. The staff clearly love their job. I will not go anywhere else for my 2 cats.

I have been with Shieldstone for almost 30 years, trusting the professionals with all of my beloved pets! The online booking wasn t so good. It didn t give me the right options for what the visit was going to be for. This part could have been me, but I couldn t get it to add my other dog so I booked everything else under my other dog that had been there previously. Despite me also booking the wrong day online I was still able to get in with almost no wait time. Prices are realistic and everybody is so nice.
