I booked an appt on line, couldn t find my cat, so I called & rescheduled for later in the day. As the day wore on. I became busier, again missing my appt. I called & sheepishly apologized. & was seen later that day. Staff was courteous & friendly. Vet explained everything clearly & completely. Thank you so very much!! I ll keep you posted on symptoms.

Everyone in the office is always pleasant. They really seem to enjoy helping the pets and the per guardians. I have no suggestion for improvement.

The floors were the only thing that looked like it hadn t been cleaned as they had a lot of hair from previous use. Overall great visit and will return again. Thank you for being so thorough with my little guy.

New doctors need to better explain Conditions,medications and follow up visits. Ie monte my have to be put under for ear flush..Skype had to tell me..l have been very satisfied with you services but feel that a language problem maybe ptoblem sincerely sun schroeder
