Only problem I have is the parking. There was not one spot in front or in the back parking lot. I parked next door st the beauty salon. They were closed but if they were open I wouldn’t have parked there as it is for their clients.

Dr. Yoo was thorough and compassionate. He listened to my concerns and explained my cats eye condition. He patiently educated me on the different treatment options and gave me a break on the examination fee for my second cat. I highly recommend this vet and will definitely go back.

I was trying to make this facility my regular vet, because the original 2 services were great and we liked the vets here. However because a vet we went to one single time referred one of our dogs to you the front staff will not let us make appointments, even after we explained that the other vet was not a regular vet. We happened to get in for this appointment I guess because one of the front desk people made a mistake. We got into the room immediately cause the dog we had was in really bad shape, however the front desk lady came in the room while the dog was being examined and got into an argument with my husband saying we can t be making appointments because of the referral even though we explained again the referring vet was not our regular vet and we were in the process of finding a new regular vet when we went to the other one. She continued to argue with him for a good 5 minutes. We ended up leaving daisy there while they ran blood tests, so that i could get my husband to his dr appt. We came back when they said the results would be in. The vet said the blood tests showed there wasn t much we could do for her so suggested to euthanize. We decided we would do it ourselves at home, they did not want to release her, but we could not afford any more money. They ended up euthanizeing her at no cost. I really wish I would have caught the ladies name at the front desk cause arguing with someone while there dog is dying on a table is about the rudest and most disrespectful thing I have ever seen. Everybody else was great, the vet was very caring, the fact of recommending the dog be euthanized seemed to hurt her as if it was her own pet. The cost was reasonable for what needed to be done, but after the way the front desk person treated us it looks like I ll be continuing my search for a regular vet, it s not worth fighting to get an appointment and being treated like that.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and the dr was thorough. My Roscoe was already feeling better that night after my visit. I appreciate all the help and especially helping to make my Roscoe better. Thank you all again!!

My five year experience with Shieldstone has been a really positive one. I appreciate the staff, especially like it that you explain procedures and present the invoice while we re still in the examining room. There was one time that I was perplexed over a surgery and I probably overreacted. I ve often been regretful that I did that and I hope you ll forgive me! I m sorry. The bottom line here is that I trust you with my furry friend and that speaks volumes. Thank you for all you do.

I was very impressed with this veterinary practice when I brought my newly-adopted rescue dog. I shall be bringing all my dogs here also.

The whole process was easy and the staff made sure I was well informed and happily answered all of my questions.

The staff went above and beyond to help me & my baby. They not only gave me the information but guidance to help with my Chata.
