Wonderful experience going here for the first time. Friendly staff & doctor, very clean throughout, and a very short wait to be seen. I very pleased with this first experience.

I brought our oldest cat (17 1/2) and was dreading what the Dr might find. He wasnt grooming, he lost so much weight so fast, he was incontinent, he whined so much. I chalked all of that to his age and thought maybe his time was up. I brought him in after a friend referred them to us. The staff was so friendly, the facility is very clean, no odors, and good parking. Moe had an accident in his carrier and the Dr s assistant took the time to help me clean up my cat,AND she took his carrier back and cleaned it up and put new pads in . WOW, I was impressed right there. The Dr ordered a series of blood tests and gave him a physical exam. Good news , heart and kidneys appear good. I told her that I thought he may have worms and she prescribed a wormer and probiotics.I thought really ? Probiotics? OMG its been 4 days, Moes coat is shiny again, he hopped up on my lap(he couldnt when I brought him in) he eats well, and he is no longer whining. He seems to actually enjoy the pro powder on his food! I feel like he has been given a new lease on life! Thank you so very much!
