Lovely as you all are, I wish I didn t have to see you so often but so thankful you for your expertise, patience, and compassion with Khalo and with me. Have already shared positive online reviews in past, but want to thank you personally for providing such diligent care and for helping us through so many difficult moments with empathy and kindness. Most recently, thanks for making me laugh with that Halloween pic of Khalo when I needed it most. After I d worried all day about leaving her on an IV in a cage, seeing that photo of you dressing up her grump made my day. You were obviously engaging with her and even gave her a holiday outfit...lol. You re the best!
