I was very pleased with my visit to Shield Stone. They were very accommodating and kind to me and my cat. The vet spent a good amount of time with me and gave a thorough exam of my cat and answered my questions. She was very nice and patient with me and solved several of the health issues with my cat which I really appreciated as several vets in the past did not give me this kind of attention and care and it was very much appreciated. Thank you! I am very happy with this facility and will be back (but hopefully not too soon!)

We were very happy with the services we received re Zoe. We made an appointment and we were seen fast and happy that we were able to go I with our cat. I really liked not having to wait in the waiting area with nearby dogs or cats whining or crying. I thought it really helped my cat not to be as stressed when she was taken directly into the exam room.

Excellent service as always

Everything was just fine. I was happy to be able to wait outside & the staff came out to get my pets. Even the Vet came out to talk with me about my pets care. We all wore masks.

This is from Nena Alvarado. Casper has tried to jump and has fallen before this incident. He is too heavy and getting older. He fell trying to jump on the bed about 9 weeks ago and started limping on one of his back legs. We had a prescription from the Vet he sees in Las Vegas for Tramadol and we start him on that and used what he had left from an older prescription and he improved. Was doing a lot better. He then tried to jump on the sofa and then started limping again. Gilbert took him to Shield Stone, and had him X_rayed to make sure he did not do anything more serious to his hind leg. He was put on Galliprant and Gabapentin. and is not showing any signs of improvement. It took a week to get him in and he needs his medication changed. I hope it is not another week before we can take him back.
