The office called to tell us our dog needed a rabies shot a week after he had just gotten one at Maple River. Our dog had a reaction to a rabies shot previously, so as it was we did not want him to have one. It was upsetting to have to politely argue that he did in fact just have a rabies shot. Perhaps a better system of updating records is needed. Your staff is however outstanding in many ways.
