5 stars for all. Never had bad experience in there. I get the feeling they love the animals. Sadly not necessarily in every vet office the case.

The staff and Dr is always beyond helpful and reassuring. They make sure all questions are answered and that’s why I recommend Rutherford Veterinarian to everyone.

The best animal hospital! They love the animals and treat them as if they were their own. Love all the doctors and handlers. I wouldn’t take mine anywhere else.

Time was taken to explain the testing and to answer any questions that I might of had.

So thankful that Dr Michelle took the time to call and speak with me about my pupster. My parents had to bring him in due to my work schedule, but after speaking with her, I felt that I had been right there with them.

This is only place I will take my pets!!!

The tables and scales were dirty from the appointment before us. Not a big deal... the only negative I could think of! Heuy is always in good hands!

I have only recently visited Rutherford Vet after deciding to leave my former vet. I’ve been three times now and each time I have been seen within 5 minutes of arrival. I’ve never had to wait to be taken to a room or to see a doctor. Each time I was greeted warmly and my pets were cared for with concern and professionalism. This is by far the best veterinary hospital around.

I gave only three stars for the staff because I was confused about to whom I was speaking. It would be nice if staff would introduce themselves along with explaining their position or wear name badges that can be clearly read. There were three different people that I encountered in the room: the person that roomed us, then another person came in and asked many of the same questions, and finally the doctor. When the second person came in, I thought I was talking with the doctor, so I was confused until the doctor (third person in the room) did introduce herself, but the assistants/techs should do the same. We have used Rutherford Veterinary Hospital since we moved here eight years ago and appreciate the fine care provided our pets.

There were 2 office visits. I answered these questions regarding the 2nd office visit.
