The bird window cage was pretty dirty. Lots of babies in there and fun to watch.

I find Dr Michelle to be a very friendly, personable, and caring individual. She is very a thorough and professional veterinarian. I have always walked away from our visits knowing that my dog has received the very best of care. She has been Jack s vet for 7 years. He owes his life to her. Appreciated that another vet was trying to work in appointments scheduled for an ill vet. Instead of asking if ok to see another vet the front desk might indicate a longer than usual wait and offer to reschedule as an option. My visit wasn t urgent.

Even though my dog showed out and had to be muzzled all the staff and Michelle made me feel so much better and never made me feel bad about how she acted. They took time with her and made sure she was ok and loved even if she was acting out. The next day Michelle had someone call to check on my dog and that shows a lot of care and compassion and makes me love the vet office even more.

My husband took Josie for her appt and really liked the new veterinarian Dr Walker. She took time to explain and was very gentle with our very skittish dog.

First waiting had an extreme cat urine odor. The tech moved us to another room that was much better. The first tech should have caught it and never put us there. Some of the pricing was a little high...specifically the cat spay cost.
