I was very impressed with Dr. Walker. Very satisfied with the service.

Was disappointed in having to wait one hour. Appointment was for 9:00 AM, which I was on time for. However the actual time to meet with Dr Michelle was an hour. I was to receive follow up lab tests the day following the visit. It is now two days and as yet have had no follow up.

Need to have a pick up and deliver service for people who can not bring pets in.Several times I have needed my pet to see Dr but could not take it...had to wait until I could.

We board with you guys fairly often... It would be great if your customers could fill out the information you require online before getting to the office. It takes several minutes to fill out everything (when you have 3 pets, that takes a lot of time). Just something to think about. Thanks...

This was our first time here. We just moved to the area. We are farmers. First impressions are everything when it comes to our animals. We all know that no one takes as good a care as the owner of an animal. Rutherford sure did come in right next to that. The staff were awesome, friendly, and willing to speak to us. We don’t have just one dog...we have a pack(5). We don’t just have a cat. We have a pride(3). We have found our life time vet, hospital and grooming facilities. Thanks Rutherford!

1/2 hour waiting time in the lobby with a nervous pet and another 15 minutes in the exam room waiting for the doctor doesn’t cut it. An early morning appointment should not be backed up 45 minutes unless there was an emergency.

I moved to SC a year ago and love Rutherford Veternary Hospital so much that it is worth the 1 hour and a half drive...Dr. Michele is THE Best..Her compassion,love, skill and knowledge surpass all other veternarian experiences that I have had. We totally trust her with our Teddy...

Great vet, very helpful people.

Office staff very friendly and helpful. Dr Michelle explained the surgery completely, and since she wasn t going to be there, allowed me to pick the vet I wanted to do the surgery. Dr Kim came out and explained how surgery went and how to care for Josie. My only negative is that I was told they would call when Josie was awake postop and I did not get a call.

I would like to have talked with Dr. Toms- Greene after Tinkerbelle s examination. I really appreciate Gayle. She is always helpful.

Didn’t understand why my pet was taken to another room to have simple procedures done, normally it has always been in the exam room with me present. ( had shots )
