Even with curbside service only, the staff was wonderful, and the Dr came out to talk to me about the exam and answer questions.

I liked the time Dr Walker took to discuss Krissy’s health. Dr Walker wanted to see Krissy in a week, but the first available appointment is two weeks out. Seem y’all need to hire another Vet to handle the volume. We love and trust y’all. Thanks for taking care of our babies.

Curb-side vet appointment. Who would have ever thought? We really are living in a challenging time. This clinic has alway taken care of my pets (one dog and two cats) and always will. The most important thing in my mind is trusting the doctors and staff because I sometimes have trouble keeping track of all the things my pets need to stay heathy. I have always been fully informed before any proceedure is done or medication prescribed. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and knowledgable. Thanks!

This was a curbside visit due to COVID 19. I was apprehensive at first but Dr. Michelle provided her normal excellent care outside of the facility.

rooms should be cleaned after use before next appointment. there was alot of hair on floor. i said something to assistant, she said i was right, but did not clean it or put me in a differient room. if this were in an hospital for people i would have walked out i think our pets should be shown the same respect and concersidation

Excellent customer service from front desk, and professional care from vet tech and veterinarian for 2 patients! Thank you for such a thorough exam and additional services of bloodwork and x-ray.

Although this was a 5 star visit the majority of our visits are not. Generally the wait times are excessive as well as the amount of time spent sitting in a room waiting for the doctor to come in. It is not uncommon to spend 10 minutes with a doctor but overall length of the visit to be in excess of an hour. Also at times it seems to be more difficult to obtain meds a pet needs than it should be.
