I did not visit with a veterinarian. I came in for a nail trim for Mendy and Rosie with Lucy.

Staff were very welcoming as I entered the clinic. They had me put my cat on the scale prior to his nail trim. Shadi is very good with my cats and I feel they are in good hands. Shari at the front desk looked after me with an invoice and setting up an annual exam appointment for my other cat. staff are very accommodating.

The front desk staff is wonderful and Lucy is always very kind and explains things well. I was disappointed with the attending Vet. I was concerned about Milo enough to want to have him seen ASAP or else I would have waited until Dr. Covant was in. Today’s Vet made me feel very alarmed bringing up very serious diseases Milo may have due to his extra saliva production. I think that’s a terrible bedside manner. Going forward please schedule Cairo, Pharraoh and Milo only with Dr. Covant. Thank you

Everything was great, all staff were friendly and welcoming for our first visit and that was truly appreciated. The only thing I was disappointed with was the wait. We were there for a very long time for a dog on their first visit to a new and strange place. She was very anxious during the wait.

Shadi has a treat for everyone!!! She’s great and pleasure to deal with!
