The front desk staff is wonderful and Lucy is always very kind and explains things well. I was disappointed with the attending Vet. I was concerned about Milo enough to want to have him seen ASAP or else I would have waited until Dr. Covant was in. Today’s Vet made me feel very alarmed bringing up very serious diseases Milo may have due to his extra saliva production. I think that’s a terrible bedside manner. Going forward please schedule Cairo, Pharraoh and Milo only with Dr. Covant. Thank you

Everything was great, all staff were friendly and welcoming for our first visit and that was truly appreciated. The only thing I was disappointed with was the wait. We were there for a very long time for a dog on their first visit to a new and strange place. She was very anxious during the wait.

Thank you for the great care

I have been at the clinic many times in the past month because of my senior dog, Poppy. She has severe heart disease and requires regular monitoring and care. Everybody cares about Poppy, from the receptionists, kennel staff, and vet techs. Dr Covant, as well as the rest of the clinic staff, have been most supportive; Poppy’s end is near. I called today at nearly 2 pm, 1 hour before closing time on a long weekend because my young pup had an issue. Shari told me to come knowing I live 35-45 minutes away. Dr Covant waited, saw my pup, Rosie, and prescribed the needed antibiotic. I very much appreciated this, especially because it is a long weekend. THANK YOU!

Small thing but on departing/paying, Shari passed me the visa machine without showing me an itemized bill. I asked to see something and she verbally told me the amounts which were fine. My suggestion is its better etiquette to present an itemized invoice to review, ask how the customer would like to pay and proceed from there....vs just hand a visa machine without doing so.

Check in was very quick. I was asked to put my cat on the scale within 2-minutes, and a technician came to the lobby to take my cat in not long after. The staff were very nice and attentive.
