Wait times are so long. I came at my appointment time and waited 45 mins to see the vet. This clinic doesn’t run on time and it’s very inconvenient.

If it s true that dogs sense their surroundings our puppy not only is thrilled to visit Bayview 7 but absolutely adores Dr Covant. I am sure treats have something to do with it but he was looking for him as soon as we arrived. Well worth the drive always from Bathurst and Sheppard - best care and friendly knowledgeable staff

Everyone was wonderful as always. My only complaint would be that we had to wait over a 1/2 hour before seeing the vet. It was hard to do with a restless puppy on my lap. But Dr. Covent is great!

Doc suggested additional urine test for Echo after the surgery. I found this strange because when Echo and Rex came in for their bloodwork, Rex was the one who required a follow-up urinalysis (this cost around $500+) which then cleared him for an upcoming surgery. I have to wonder if their bloodwork was mixed up. Unfortunately Dr. Covant and I kept missing each others calls in the week after, I would have preferred to have a conversation prior to sharing this comment. I suppose there were too many recommendations given at once during the post-op conversation. The surgery was already stressful for Rex, feeding gastro and watering with Vetradent was just too much for his system we ended up coming in for another consult after 2 days of diarrhea. Malinois like Rex are easily stressed.

Dr Howard Covant and his team are amazing. We ate customers for more than ten years and appreciate the service provided!

As always, everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. Covant took his time and more importantly listened to me. He respects that fact that I know my pet and her behaviour better than anyone and understands that if I say something is wrong that I really believe it and he is willing to investigate my concerns. This is why I have been a client for almost 30 years.

did not understand that Riley would be with you all day. that was not explained when we made the appointment for him and caused us some grief as we had made plans that had to be cancelled.

Check in and check out were a bit slow and confusing, but all good in the end

I think there are lots of @chiefs” and not enough “Indians.” I thought to be an actual vet tech, one needed to complete a certain level of education, in addition to “hands on” experience.

Dr. Amin is an awesome, diligent and caring doctor. Highly recommend this veterinarian and the Bayview Seven Animal Hospital to anyone. The support staff and in particular Lucy, is equally brilliant and supportive.

I felt uncomfortable as non of the staff were wearing masks.
