I think your clinic is great.

Everything was very good.

Why is there no option other than 5 stars? While I agree that my appointment was 5 stars and my pup s vet, Dr covant, is amazing, I do think you should allow people to provide an assessment from their perspective rather than locking on 5 stars. You cannot improve what you do not measure and you will never know the true metrics. People will just leave your practice and find another provider.

Dr. Covant and the staff at the clinic are wonderful. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I cannot even express my gratitude and the level of comfort Dr. Covant gives us while dealing with our cats and dogs. His kindness and compassion goes above and beyond. Dr. Covant and Sam were absolutely phenomenal today in helping diagnose and treat our cat, and the next steps.

I absolutely couldn’t have a dog without Dr. Covant. I’ve been taking my pets here for over 20 years, he has been such a comfort over the years with the amount of care my dog has needed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I couldn’t ask for more for my pets.

All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr.Covant is the only vet I trust with my dog.

There was white cotton balls of dog hair in the waiting area when I arrived.

I would like to have Dr. Covant call me. I was quite upset why Charly needed an exam when I just brought him in for an insect bite. We had just been there a twice a few weeks ago, once for a possible eye infection and again he was given a full exam. I am not on a plan and do not agree with a full exam when I bring Charly in for a specific purpose. Also I was charged for nail trim which I was made to believe it is your policy that when you are in and charged for an exam, the nail trim is complimentary. I felt very embarrassed that I had to ask about that and the staff was all standing around, especially Lucy gave me a look about my questioning that when I said to her that I thought it was their policy. Apparently as I heard from Andy that the Doctor had said to charge for the nails. PLEASE HAVE DR. COVANT CALL ME at 647 745 9737. Thanks, Arlene Goldberg

The staff were all very friendly, helpful and informative. The new vet that we met today, made me feel very confident with my dog’s upcoming surgery.

I really appreciate that Dr Andre saw Milo at short notice. I met him for the first time. His assurance and explanation put me at ease and I enjoyed our conversation.
