Waiting time with an appointment is too long.

As always, I am completely satisfied with the caring, courteous and friendly service my pet Aero received from Dr. Covant and his dedicated staff in handling her injury. My questions and concerns about Aero’s welfare were fully addressed.

I was very happy to meet Dr. Coventry and pleased with the level of attention he gave to Pepper

I was surprised when the technician told me I needed to touch my dog s paws more and also was shocked when they asked me if I hug my dog. I was actually offended by these statements. First, I grind my dog s nails and groom him myself, clipping the hair from his pads, etc. and as such am constantly touching his paws (even applying paw softener is not an issue). I also tape his ears by myself without any issue whatsoever. And to be asked if I hug my dog. I m not really sure how to respond to that. What a weird statement to make to a dog owner.

It takes awhile waiting in the exam room for the appt to start.

It was what’s my visa old is Lee there was an issue with the machine after I left your office received a message from the visa that I was charged twice the correction was done and I was credited when I called back spoke with Lana she told me to call Visa it’s not an issue on your side. We’re calling back to visa to clearly explain that you guys on your end had an issue and your machine credit one of the payments I understand you maybe you were busy yesterday and Lana was not in a very good mood so would be nice if the front will take responsibility for their duties not to mention how long do I have to wait for the bill because apparently she forgot about me otherwise overall everyone is very pleasant it’s a pleasure to come and see the staff and the doctor

Dr. Howard Covant is a very experienced veterinary surgeon and he does spend time to educate his clients! He is well respected by us! The whole team is amazing!

Dr Howard and his team are fantastic and very professional

Dr Covant was our vet for over 16 years. We now have a new puppy and it s a 25-minute drive with our new puppy but I never even considered looking for a new vet close by! Dr Covant was so caring and helpful today when we brought little Pablo for his first visit. I have such respect and appreciation for him and everyone at the clinic! Thank you for welcoming me back:)

Everything was great but the price??

Everyone there are the best. It’s a pleasure working with the staff and and doctors. Best way for me to summarize is to say ITS LIKE WE ARE A FAMILY. ??????

Staff is friendly and courteous. Check in is easy. Wait time reasonable. Happy with the overall engagement with the veterinarian.

We came to remove stitches after neutering-the office was very busy and we’ve noticed an unusual commotion. Our dog was out in 5 min - we were very happy with that. However when we came home in about an hour I have discovered that the stitches were NOT removed from our dog’s scrotum. I called the clinic and had no other choice but come back. It was removed this time…
