Yes, everything went well and My Pom is back to normal. It’s expensive is the only downfall. But the care was very good.

We realized once we were home that the senior citizen discount was not given. We’d like to have our dogs teeth cleaned and extracted but feel the price is very high.

The staff are always great but the wait times to check in and out are very long. On another recent visit, I stopped in to pick up a supplement, and it took 40 minutes to get my item and check out.

I think the staff seems very settled in now. Prior staff seemed less trained, but these staff seem more trained and cohesive. I m very pleased that vaccines are not pushed.

I was upset to see the bill when my husband came home with our dogs. I wish you would be more upfront with your charges before providing services. We will not be back, and will be taking our pets elsewhere where charges are not added in once we re in the office.

I seriously love all the vets here, theu dont push for vacinnes that could harm my fur babies, they educate, and even went above and beyond with helping me with lolah not being potty trained still, and what i can do to prevent accidents! I literally tell everyone to bring there pets here!
