I would like to know before I got there that there was no Vet in the office. I also was there 15 minutes before I found out from the client before me that there was no Vet around. I had to ask if this was true and it was then the staff confirmed this.

Colleen was so calm and kind to my scared little rescued adoptee. She took the time to answer questions...The doctor was also calm, quiet, allowed my new dog to settle...I felt like we were both taken care of in your office.

I appreciate the willingness to get me in quickly to meet our needs. I also really appreciated the extra education that Jina provided about nutrition. I’ve had cats for 30 years and no one has ever explained it that clearly, quickly and then gave reading material. Made perfect sense. We will be back for Sausage’s dental cleaning in November. :)

I had to schedule an appt for my rabbit to have a spot checked an her back. There were no evening spots available all week. The latest I could be seen was 4pm. So the receptionist scheduled me for Saturday morning. We drove all the way there just to be told no one sees rabbits on Saturdays. So we had to rearrange our schedules on Monday so our rabbit could be seen Monday at 4pm. This was a huge inconvenience for us!

Friendly staff and everyone seems happy. Nice to have a vet that isn t trying to push everything on you at once when your really only wanting advise on the issue you came in for.

The staff calmly treated Jake, even with his challenging behaviors.

I appreciated the time that Dr Mary took to familiarize herself with my skittish dog. She was patient and was not rushing which was very helpful. I was happy with our visit and will come to see her again when needed.

Felt we were treated well and I was satisfied. However, I am fairly well acquainted since this is not my first cat to bring in for treatment. I knew it was a good place for my cat and for myself.
