This was my first time at your clinic and I was very disappointed with my experience. I was rescheduled TWICE, which was very inconvenient to say the least because I had made plans around these times. I did not appreciate having to pay part of the appointment $ in advance either. I’ve never heard of or been to a vet or clinic that requires upfront payment! I will say the office there is nice and decorated well and clean, but that is the only good thing I have to say about this Vet clinic. The vet that saw my guinea pig wasn’t very nice or respectful. In fact she basically shamed me for wanting to have my long haired guinea pig clipped to remove the mats from her backside and prevent future problems as well. Even with brushing, I find it difficult to keep her hair in check because it is not only long but curly as well! To me it’s no different than shaving a dog or cat that has long hair. When I made this appointment initially, the receptionist scheduled my pet for a checkup, nail trim AND shave. The vet was very unwilling to cut her hair for me, but I demanded they do it because that’s what I came in for! Highly unlikely I will ever return to this clinic and very likely I will NOT recommend this place to friends and family. I can certainly trim my piggies nails and scissor cut her hair on my own as I was doing before. The clip was really nice to get and so much easier now maintain, but not worth the $$ or hassle/shaming of bringing her into this place for it!

We appreciated the excellent care Buddy received and the assistance the staff provided us. Dr. Gina is awesome! A special thank you to Colleen - she is so knowledgeable and able to communicate her knowledge.

I really appreciated the consultation,as sad as I am it was helpful to have my primary care vets diagnosis confirmed. I appreciate all the staffs concern for our comfort and trying to make my nervous dog comfortable in the new environment.

Everyone at this vet clinic is very friendly and helpful! I also loved the card I got in the mail for my chinchilla, Chilli passing away. Very thoughtful, along with the amount of effort the staff put into Chilli’s clay footprints that I purchased. These are things I will hold onto and cherish forever. As for the appointment, it went so smoothly and I was amazed by how easily everything went! Will definitely continue check ups at this location.

We absolutely love AEWC!! Dr. Jina s knowledge level is truly amazing, and her demeanor is always so kind and gentle, with her and all the techs/staff making us feel so valued and important each time we visit!! And we also love the philosophy towards a less invasive, more conservative and holistic approach as much as possible (and that we never feel put down or looked down upon for trying to opt for the most chemical-free and natural options possible, OR for asking questions about what those kinds of options entail as opposed to a more medical route) - and yet - we absolutely are given access to the more traditional medication/vaccination route too, when that is what is in order. Our dog and our 2 senior cats are so incredibly important to us and we re very careful about whose care we let them be under - and AEWC has never given us and our animals anything less than the highest quality care and treatment, both practically speaking but also on a personal level. We are so grateful and thankful to belong to such a wonderful clinic!! :-)

We just love Animal and Exotic!!!!! Dr Gina is great and Colleen (who usually does Doug s Pawdicure) is too! Cindy is also wonderful. Everyone knows their job and do great at them! We recommend your clinic to everyone we know!

IF was nice to talk with your staff concerning holistic and nutrition for our puppy Quigley....A lot of people think I am going to far but I enjoyed talking with like minds about raw diet and vaccinations. I still have SO much to learn..and feel I can ask questions how to naturally keep Quigley healthy....VS

I was surprised my credit card was billed for the appointment before I had even been seen. What if my Cherrie had passed away before she had been seen and treated, would you have refunded as quickly as you charged? Just curious.

Great vet and a great staff. I am so thankful someone took the time to recommend this establishment to me. I couldn’t be more pleased and Ruby D doesn’t mind going to the vet at all. A win win for both of us??

When I brought Phoebe in she was so relaxed. She has never been at my other place. She went to the staff shy but she did sniff them and did let them pet her Which surprised me Thank u so much Love Dr Harmon We had her as a vet b4 Sure did miss her Thank u so much

It is amazing to find a vet that doesn’t over vaccinate and is open to raw feeding. Very refreshing!!

I love this clinic. The Acupunture services have helped my dog greatly. Love the raw bones and other supplements I can get at the clinic. I think your policy of twice a year wellness checks before refills of prescriptions is excessive. I could support it for the first year on a chronic med but once stabilized, it is an unnecessary cost.
