I feel like they were a little rough with my bird. They trimmed his nails and his 1 foot was sore for at least 2 days after the appointment.

I love Gina and the staff. Everyone seems concerned and helpful. I feel like my animals are extremely important to everyone there. A special shout out to Cindy for being so friendly and supportive. I always feel so happy when she answers the phone, it’s like talking to a good friend!

It just seems like the last few appts I ve had it s been overbooked because I wait at least an hour from the time I arrive until I am complete with the appt. Then when I do see the vet it feels so rushed. I feel like a number coming here and feel like I m not getting the level of care I would prefer

They were friendly, helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. I felt we got great care for our hedgehog!

I was told one price and then a large separate fee was added for the physical exam that cost $100 . I was not told until check out that this fee was added . I should have been told up front. Otherwise excellent visit and excellent care I adored the vet Jina and so did my parrot. The most excellent vet I have ever been to!!Thanks!!

I am very happy with the care ruby received. She actually likes going to see the vet. I would like to be able to do these surveys on an iPad. Currently the format doesn’t support iPads.
