Wonderful experience! It would be great if there was a warning tank for reptiles but I imagine there is a lot of complications that come with that setup. I loved the vet and the staff.

The schedule was running over 30 minutes behind. I do realize unexpected things come up. Could be because all questions are always answered and we are never rushed through our appointments.

Dr Jina is very kind and gentle. My apprehensive dog was cared for with great respect. Gabby the vet tech was very professional and was super sweet handling my dog.

The only thing I noticed is the vet did not introduce herself. It was our first time with this vet (we usually see Dr. Gina) and it would have been nice to know what her name was.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone who loves their fur babies.

I am not sure if vet assistant or Vet reviewed my dogs medical history, why he was on his current medication, didn t seem to be aware of prior leg/knee injuries. Lab work came back normal from a voice mail but don t know if medication is affecting organs. Previously had received written result, tracking numbers.

Horrible expierence I will not be returning. Wrong info given. You were late for my appt and took someone after my appt before me. Didn’t explain costs of items. Service was dreadful. Doc couldn’t even confirm male or female giving wrong info on temps. Felt judged on my choices for substrate. Didn’t sanitize scale Matt after dogs I watched just overall Unprofessional

Everything was fine except when the tech shaved her behind, she got too close with the razor and my dog was screaming. I noticed when I got home it was sore. I think they need to be more careful in this delicate area.
