I ll try to keep it short- over all im not super happy. When ima first came to you coughing, she went through 2 rounds of cough pills and antibiotics(not very holistic) then after you diagnosed her with collapsed trachea, you wont put it on your letter head so i can hold the breeder at least partly accountable. Then after her vaccines they forgot the detox and when I called it was too late . The spay went ok. The reason I stay is because of you not pushing vaccines and the weight adjusted vaccines. Imas well being is more valuable than any possible compensation I might get from the breeder, so although it makes me kinda salty, I try to remember that and behave like an adult!

The place is great. Three out of the four ladies I saw were very friendly and helpful. The fourth one had a bit of an attitude, as though she thought I haven t researched and taken care of my chinchilla properly (I have and was only there for a checkup and a minor concern). She got disdainful when I asked her about how I can check my animal for a common issue, saying You need college. All in all, they all knew what they were doing and I had a good overall experience. Thank you
