Due to covid restrictions, could not go inside or meet the dr. performing procedures. Billing info on line was confusing but they clarified quickly via email everything for me. I heard about the clinic from having my other cats cared for through the organization. I m a repeat customer and would highly recommend them. Even in covid times/restrictions,very nice people on the phone, communicated via email and text.

I heard about this office through a friend of mine who absolutely loves you guys. Even during this time we are in with most vets not taking patients at all you still made sure to get my cats in to get fixed which was amazing! Everyone was still extremely friendly and helpful while still social distancing. It was a great experience and I will bring all of my pets here in the future!

I had 5 cats fixed within two day, the staff was wonderful and answered all of my questions, they let me borrow a couple of kennels to help transport my babies.

The drive from Des Moines was well worth it the staff was really nice
