All my pets have been spayed/neutered here. my Daughter-in-law volunteered here thats how I found out about Ape The staff working here are awesome.They explain everything very well and Answer all my questions. the only thing I dont like is the way you have setting up appointments. And yes i do highly recommend this to anyone who has new fur babies

I was very impressed with the clinic and the staff. Very friendly and answered all of my questions. Building was clean. Wait time was very minimal. Staff were very caring with our animals and sent us home with all of the instructions (and pet treats!) that we need to care for our pets. Five Stars all around!

It was quite difficult to get an answer back when I Was initially trying to schedule my pup’s surgery. When I finally got her scheduled and took her in, she waited in her kennel there for surgery for 5 hours, but it couldn’t be done due to her coming into her first heat (3 weeks later). But I feel they could have checked her before I left and told me that at that point. I never even got a call from staff by 5:00 which was pickup time. I just came in figuring they would be closing, so I better get her. Second time I went in, she was checked prior, surgery went well and staff was exceptional. Especially the receptionist. But I have to head back there yet again bc they weren’t able to microchip her due to they were waiting on the shipment to arrive. So it will be 6 trips into Boone when all is said and done. ??

The entire staff was wonderful to us. As an animal shelter, our resources are always limited. Every single one of our cats who were spayed and neutered, were treated with the utmost care and consideration. One of the spays was complicated, and staff was very kind and patient with her aftercare. The veterinarian was very caring and spent extra time with her and the staff did extra research after we left and reached out with information. Your mission is extremely important and is a wonderful resource in our state! Please thank your Board of Directors also. This is the second time we have used this valuable service, and I could not recommend this group more!
