I heard about it from a pet owner I adopted from. I had my 5 month old girl spayed and was surprised when I got the message that she was ready to come back home in two hours. Great customer service and amazing surgeons. My baby girl is a few days in recovery and is doing great.

Everything was great. Except for waiting for the bill. We had to wait atleast 25 minutes to pay. Yes, we did keep track. There needs to be a better way for that. The poor lady was running in and out trying to get everyone’s pre paperwork done and what not.

I heard about this clinic from the Story county animal facility. It was relatively easy to make the appointment for my cat to be seen, I just scheduled it online. When I arrived there was no wait, the tech waved at me and came over to my car! It was windy and cold outside, so we couldn’t chat too much. They answered all questions I had. I didn’t have any billing questions, I brought cash as per the website stated preference. I didn’t realize that PayPal was preferred during the pandemic. I did not enter the facility, so I do not have responses for the question about cleanliness.

Due to the covid I couldn t take my cat inside, but a nice lady came out and got my cat. She was running from one car to another for alot of different things. She helped me figure out the pay with my card option. This place is great! I havent had any problems with anybody there and everybody I ve talked to is so friendly! Keep up the good work!

I think this is a wonderful service you provide! It is so expensive to get pets neutered and spayed in typical veterinary offices and that you provide a low cost alternative and also provide services to the feral cats
