We have been using Eastside Animal Hospital for over 30 years and have always been very happy with the service.

I was sad to hear that Dr. Derryberry was leaving, but I got to meet Dr. Richie and I really liked him!

Wonderful and friendly people here at Eastside they handle Bella with care and explain everything I need to do. Bella is my first baby and the staff treat her with kindness and care I love them for that. Thank you Eastside

Blue and I really love his new doctor. We ve finally got answers to his knee problems and how to treat it. Doctors and staff are always friendly, helpful and patient to any questions I may have, and take time to answer any questions I may have, without making me feel rushed. I have recommended them to all my co-worker at work. So far I feel this is a great choice in animal care for my Blue.

I moved here from Nashville in 2017 and needed a new vet for my 2 cats. After a couple of misfires I found these folks and am very satisfied with their treatment of both my pets and me. I highly recommend Eastside. Thank you.

Should make those in the waiting room aware if someone in a room is losing a pet and maybe allow those that have lost a pet to exit through another door rather than walking out in front of everyone falling apart.

I only wish we didn t have to wait so long in the exam room to be seen. My dogs become so anxious and nervous.

I dont believe the best time to give any animal vaccines when they have surgery. Combining anesthesia and whatever ingredients are in the vaccine seems foolhardy. Both the doctor and assistant pushed a vaccine on me knowing my cat was in for surgery. I declined but was asked again. Overall I was asked 3x. I was rather annoyed. It seemed like a push for more money on top of a large bill I already had coming, and not about the welfare of the animal.

We have been going here for many years and the whole staff has always been absolutely the best!!! We have never hand any problem. They take care of our dogs like they were there own. We had to put one of our dogs down and they were right there with us, just like it was there dog, including tears. He was 14 years old. We will always bring our dog here. Dr. Alicia Derryberry, is the best!

Was not made aware that I would have to do periodic bloodtests or void the warranty on Bella s heartworm vaccine. You need to be more transparent on extra costs to be charged - I was told the heartworm vaccine - which was expensive - was once a year. Adding 33$ for blood tests takes the cost of the injection to over 100$ ...
