It was a great experience. I was apprehensive because Madison is so unpredictable with strangers, but the staff was really great. Dr. Richie was personable and knowledgeable. I feel like this practice is a good fit for us.

I have been going here for years and this is the worst experience I ve ever had.

I asked for a refill on a prescription and it was not completed when my wife picked up our pet. Having to make a second trip to your office to get the refill.

Your fees may be out of line. We may need to seek less expense.

This is the first vet office I have taken my baby to that actually truly cares. Other vet offices are dismissive and brush off my concerns like they know more about my pet than I do. My appointment ran past the time their office closed the day prior to Thanksgiving, and they took their time with me and my cat, making sure they covered everything. Other clinic would have rushed me out the door, but not Eastside. I m never going to another vet office as long as I live in TN, unless they themselves reccommend another vet office for services out of their abilities. I didn t receive the best news during my visit, but their compassion and patience made things much easier for me. Thank you Eastside for taking the best care of me and my baby girl. I look forward to future appointments with your office.

Dr. Collier didn’t have much of a bedside manner. We were not pleased with his demeanor as it was unfriendly. I would prefer to have my pets seen by a different doctor going forward.

Was just in for nail clipping BUT the technician was AWESOME , she did a great job at clipping her nails. Friendly staff
